Sullair, an industry leader in innovative compressed air solutions since 1965, announced it is donating a 185 Tier 4 Final Portable Air Compressor to the ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception. The compressor, which has special ARA Foundation branding, will be exhibited in the Sullair booth.

It is gratifying to know our compressor donation will help enable the ARA Foundation to create educational and development opportunities for the rental industry.”
The annual auction and reception will be held at The ARA Show in Anaheim on February 19, 2019. The ARA Foundation, the equipment rental industry’s charitable 501(c)3 organization, was founded in 1976 as an educational resource for the industry. Throughout the years, the organization has sponsored a scholarship program, disaster relief programs, a technical training grant program and young professional development.
The 2018 auction and reception in New Orleans raised $94,700 following 36 donations by exhibitors and fund-a-need contributions. In 2018, Sullair donated a 185 Kubota Tier 4 Final compressor, and 2019 will mark the second year Sullair has participated in the auction.
At the 2019 Rental Show, Sullair is unveiling its 185 cfm portable air compressor powered by a Caterpillar 2.2 liter, 4-cylinder engine. The Sullair 185 is the workhorse of the Sullair portable fleet. For rental houses, the Sullair 185 is compact and durable with all service items within easy reach when the canopy is open. For renters, the Sullair 185 provides long-lasting power with the fuel-efficient 49 hp engine providing up to 10 hours of run time.
