In the February-March 2020 issue of Northwest Indiana Business Magazine, Kelly Molchan and Chris Sales, both of Sullair, were interviewed in the article "A Memorable Experience." The article discusses why educational partnerships are essential to building effective internships for students and employers. Sales, who interned with Sullair in 2018, is now a full-time applications engineer with the company. Molchan is a talent acquisition and employee engagement specialist with Sullair and has coordinated the yearly internship program for the past five years.
