There is no denying the labor and skills shortage many in manufacturing are experiencing. Unfortunately, as economic experts agree, the shortage doesn’t appear to be going away any time soon and finding quality, skilled labor will continue to be a major issue for the unforeseeable future. Hence, manufacturers like Sullair aim to close the skills gap through collaboration and community outreach.
